3 bedrooms all with en-suite with private bathrooms, plus additional half bath besides the living room area. Townhouse is a total of 3 levels with a secure 2 car garage attached on the ground level. Guests will receive door codes for seamless entry upon arrival.
The first floor includes a king size master bedroom, walk-in closet and adjoining bathroom. The second floor holds the cozy living area, fully stocked chef kitchen, large pantry and powder room. The living area opens to a quaint balcony with bistro table and chairs, perfect to take in the Mountain View’s and enjoy your morning coffee. The third floor includes 2 bedrooms. The third floor master has a king size bed, dedicated work space, walk in closet and luxury bathroom with glass enclosed shower. The bunk room has a full size bunk bed (full size beds on top and bottom) as well as a twin size pull out trundle-bed. This room also includes a large walk-in closet and spacious bathroom. A stackable washer/ dryer unit is located in the hallway closet on the third floor.
Stocked with essentials to make your vacation a memorable one! Guests will have access to community amenities including pickle ball courts, hot tubs, pool, fire pits, BBQ gas grills and children’s playground area. Pickle ball racquets are located in garage and available for your use during your stay!
SLC International airport is a short drive - 35 mins. Many restaurants, coffee and retail shops are located in Ogden and Layton which are 20 mins away.
